Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne ‘Police’ S.A. has operated in the chemical sector since 1969. The Company is one of the leading producers of fertilizers in Poland and is among the largest Polish exporters. It employs almost 2.5 thousand people. Therefore, the Azoty Group plays a key role in the economic and social life of the region.
Target to be fulfilled
The previous version of the website did not meet present standards and requirements of users. The objective of our agency was to create a modern service for farmers that would fulfil both informative and selling functions. The portal was to be mobile friendly and have the CMS system for the easy management of its content.
Effects
After a period of our hard work, the service was created that offers the following functionalities:
- personalised content depending on user location determined with the Google geolocation service,
- a newsletter system,
- a calendar of events,
- automatic downloading of information about farm produce purchases,
- a questionnaire system,,
- integration with social media,
- fertilizer calculators, and
- many other.
The blog section of the service publishes new articles. Owing to this, more than 1,200 service subpages have been indexed in Google.pl already.
Continued cooperation
Designing the online service was the beginning of a long-term collaboration. We continue developing the portal with new functionalities, improve the comfort of navigation on the website with UX tests, and optimize website loading times.
